《品绩管理与品绩考评》

简介:

魏志勇先生毕业于英国德蒙福特大学商学院,获英国MBA学位。根据发达国家的管理理论和经验,总结出一套适合中国国情的企业、政府人力资源开发与管理体系,创新了一系列人力资源开发与管理的思路和方法。首次提出了“人的行为受其品格影响”的理论,研究出目前急需的 “品绩管理”模式。魏志勇先生现任职于中华人民共和国人力资源与社会保障部高级公务员培训中心。受聘为多家企业管理高级顾问,被清华大学、美国斯特福大学、亚洲国际公开大学等国内、外多所高等院校、培训机构聘为特聘教授。被北京市授予“文明工程研究员”、北京市团委“英才导师”等称号。

Introduction:

Zhiyong Wei graduated from the German University of Germany and Germany Business School, got the British MBA degree. Zhiyong Wei has summed up a set of enterprise and government human resources development and management system suitable for China's national conditions according to the management theory and experience of developed countries and innovated a series of ideas and methods of human resource development and management. He put forward the "human behavior affected by its character" theory for the first time and studied out the "performance management" model that is urgently needed at present. Mr. Wei Zhiyong is currently working at the Senior Civil Service Training Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. He has been employed as senior consultant by a number of enterprise. Distinguished Professor of Tsinghua University, University of Stuffford, the International Open University of Asia and other domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning, training institutions. He awarded the Beijing "civil engineering researcher", the Beijing Youth League "talent mentor" .
